This beer strikes an elegant balance of sour and sweet. Refreshingly tart and fruity with bright effervescence, Sour Apricot packs rich apricot flavor in every can while retaining just the right amount of acidity from the use of Lactobacillus Brevis in the kettle.

Poured from a 12oz can with no born on date that I can see; into a pint glass.
Appearance- orange, lots of bubbles; no head with no head.
Smell- apricot and sweet and sour.
Taste - sweet and sour candy matched with dried apricot.
Feel - nice sweet and sour blend, but really comes off too much like Smarties candy.
Overall- really not bad, just not my bag; if you’re a fan of sour candy, this might be right up your alley.

L: Pours a brilliantly clear orange color with fizzy carbonated head that dissipates quickly.

S: Strong apricot and sour and tart, and some grain.

T: Strong apricot mixed with a strong tartness and a slight bit of grain, this is a tad too Tart for my liking.

F: Medium body and high carbonation.

O: Not a bad sour but a little too Tart for my taste.

12 ounce can "Best by 12/27/2017". This beer is now 5.0%, and called "Sour Apricot", but I've got to think it's roughly the same beer as the one listed here.

This beer has a prominent apricot presence, both in the smell and in the taste. There's just the right amount of tartness. I'd call it tart, but not really sour. It's quite good ... not overly complex, but still quite good.

On tap. Well carbonated, transparent gold color with a one finger head that quickly recedes and doesn't leave lacing. Aroma is sour apricot. Taste is tart upfront with candied apricot on the backend. Light body and high carbonation.
Good balance of sweet and tart. Light and refreshing. It tasted really good after a long drive. No funk to it.
