Had this on tap at Falling Rock.

Pours a somewhat cloudy blonde color with 1/2" white head that rapidly dissipates. A perfumy apricot aroma exists. Like apricots and grammas Sunday perfume.

Taste is pretty much all apricot (my favorite fruit to be in a beer btw). Malt is thin, mouth feel is thin, almost no bitterness to it. So I dunno, we kind of have a mixed bag here. Ultimately, the fruit seems to be on point. Its like beyond that, they just said screw it on the rest of the beer. Typical un-adventurous blonde ale, but amped up with apricot. Can't always get what you want I guess.

On tap in Aurora, Colorado on August 6, 2017.

Slightly cloudy amber orange pour with a modest head and good lacing.

Most definitely do I pick up the apricot fruit in this beer. Also in the nose I get sweet breadiness.

Light to medium body.

The apricot juiciness plays up big in the flavor leading to soft, mellow finish. Basically clean and refreshing.

12 oz. Can

Pours a pretty nice orangy color, nice carbonation, with a pretty nice one-finger off-white head, which leaves some sticky lacing behind. The nose is malty, with some apricot. The taste is malty, with some apricot.Medium body. Overall, a pretty tasty brew.

Look: Pours a hazy light gold color. Less than 2 finger head. Recedes quickly. Looks like a Saison. Very low on carbonation - reduces to a slight foam ring.
Smell: Very faint fruit. Slight malty sweetness.
Taste: Slight bite followed by loads of fruity apricot. Seems syrupy and a bit chemical derived at first, but that fades. Starts sweet and dries out, then you get some of the base beer flavor. Some biscuit, some wheat maybe.
Feel: Pretty thin. Pretty flat really.
Overall: It's a decent summer/hot sun beer. Not something I could buy a 6 pack of or drink daily. Almost like a beer mixed with a wine cooler.

This fruit beer pours a rather dull reddish-orange color with a hazy consistency and pretty much no head. Seems to have tiny suspended particles in it, which might indicate there is actual peach puree in this beer instead of nasty artificial syrup for the apricot flavor. Here's hoping Dry Dock choose the honorable route. Smell is just what you'd expect...peaches! Pretty on target aroma, really smells like ripe, whole Palisade peaches. Sweet aroma, which goes well with the fruit. Almost a wheat-y character to the nose, some very slight wit spice-like aromas in there. Like a pale wheat ale with peaches. Simple, and honestly, pretty good smelling. Taste is more of the same, lots of upfront peach tastes. Definitely some wheat characteristics, middle flavors are some wheat malts and fades with an ever-so-subtle hops finish. Lingering tastes are tart and refreshing. Not overly sweet on the palette, thank Christ. Bubbly and lively feel with a pretty light body.

Overall, a pretty decent fruit beer. Peaches are a CO staple, so it's nice to be reminded of our famous fruit. This would be a great refreshing, thirst quenching beer. Serve cold in the hot sun for maximum enjoyment.

Pours the colour of apricot skins, there's plenty v foam that shrinks slowly.

As authentic an apricot smell as I've ever encountered. It's a balanced smell of sweet and sour without suggesting that sour will dominate.

Sweetish apricots with an additional sweet note or 2 from the malt of the base Blonde Ale. I have to admit; the smell is outstanding, leaving the the taste placing 2nd in a 2 horse race.

Medium body with medium carbonation.

If only the flavours lived up to what those delightful aromas suggested. Still, it's a lovely drop.

Great apricot flavor! Great for a brunch and keep in the fridge kind of beer.
