On tap at Dry Dock and served in a very small glass, not sure why. Golden yellow color with a good head. The aroma was kind of weak but nothing offensive, malts and minerals. Taste is a little fruity, a little earthy (hops?) but after having several good local Kolsch beers lately from Coopersmith's and Odell I'm afraid this falls short.

At Docktoberfest the other day, I saw someone carrying one of these around, and thought I would like one, too. So I ordered one: one problem solved.
The next problem was putting this one down. A light, clear golden color with a subtle white head. Looks refreshing.
Light aroma. More lemony than I expected, but this was after having a litre of the marzen.
Great taste for the style, light and dry. Some hop snap to it. It's light, but the carbonation makes a presence to cleanse the palate.
It didn't take long to finish this one.

Poured from a fresh growler into a Dry Dock Nonic pint glass. Beer was a clear, golden straw color with a one finger, fluffy, white head. Moderate carbonation and minimal lacing.
Aroma was lightly fruity with apples, pears and green grapes, along with wheat, grass and biscuit.
Taste was bread, light grains, lemon and malt. Very crisp, clean and refreshing.
A great session beer. High drinkability.
Another great Dry Dock offering!
