It was in the 90's today, I did a lot of cooking at home, and this has been hitting the spot. Only slightly hazy and a bit of a washed out golden color, this little hefe clocks in at 4.3abv and is perfect for summer day-drinking. Has a tangy, yeasty aroma, and the flavor is bready and bright. It's a really nice hefeweizen, and I would get this again. Perfect for a hot day, can definitely have a few, and I think it'd be a hit with non-craft drinkers as well - really accessible. Well done, Dry Dock, well done.

Light golden with a hazy complexion. A fingernail thin layer of off white foam covers the majority of the top. Aroma is full of refreshing banana esters and pale wheat. The flavor is comprised of banana and almost a bubble gum sweetness is prominent along with the pale wheat. The mouth is light very delicate. This is great to combat the summer heat.

Looks like a damn solid hefeweizen; hazy, golden, moderate carbonation. Not much head, but solid looks. Damn fine smells, too; lots of that lovely banana smell that I love. Taste follows pretty closely with the banana-yeast flavors, but with a slight faded finish, reminiscint of adjuncts. Taste just kind of falls flat into a slightly metallic muddle at the very end.

Pretty damn good hefe, with the aroma being it's best feature, by far. So much banana and bubblegum!

A- Transparent light golden honey 1/2 finger head white cloud in color. Carb sticks to the glass.

S- Bananas, per US invasion. Light wheat and malt backbone, but huge banana.

T- Creamy banana, smooth malt, creamy.

M- Very smooth, creamy. This is one of my fav domestic hefes.

O- I love dry dock, they got me into craft. They have done a very fantastic job on a domestic hefe.
