I don't know if it's just because we always start with the apricot blonde and it's overwhelming, or Dry Dock's secret ingredient in every beer is actually apricots, but for whatever strange reason, every other beer in our flight always has a hint of the fruit. It's not a bad thing! It's just something that makes every other beer blend together and somewhat of a moot point, I guess. The apricot blonde is still great though! But you already knew that.

Lone downfall of Dry Dock is that the place is insanely busy at nearly all times, which creates a near impossibility to get service.

Stopped by on a week day afternoon, and left pretty happy about my visit.
Strip mall, and looks it from the outside. But when you go inside, it is very spacious, with a bar upon entry, lots of tall tables, then a nice spacious barrel room towards the back.
Quality was quite good. I tried a Swartzbier first that was solid, then a golden sour that was quite good.
Service was excellent. The guy working the bar was both friendly and prompt. He was cool, and a pleasure to deal with.
Selection was also good. They had a dozen+ beers on tap with a good variety.
Overall? My favorite spot in Aurora so far. I'll be back.

Come early, grab a table, order honey beesting wings for delivery, and wash them down with a few pints. This is a crowded, but very friendly bar with a neighborhood feel.

This is my neighborhood brewery. I've been here with friends, I've been here alone with my laptop doing some beer-inspired creative writing. This is a good place for both. Big communal tables, a large selection of beers, friendly staff. No food, but plenty of popcorn and food from the outside is welcome. At least in the outdoor seating which is also friendly to dogs. The samplers are great fun and sometimes hit or miss -- but that's the beauty of a neighborhood brewery. I'm familiar with their solid best-sellers so go for the other stuff in the flights. If you're in Aurora, definitely drop by.
