This is a pretty decent hefe. Light to moderate presence of Banana, cloves, yeast, and a grainy, almost adjunct undertone to it that keeps it from going to that next level. Still a solid local wheat beer that i would buy a six pack of during the summer

A- pours a crystal clear cream soda color before shaking up dregs and adding, became a hazy copper. No head to speak of.

S- big, delicious banana and clove, with a little bready wheat, and faint lemon and pepper.

T/M- comes off a touch watery and over carbonated with some carbonic bite. Other than that the flavors are a pleasant blend of moderate clove, moderate overripe banana and a little bit of fresh dough character from the grains and yeast.

O- a nicely balanced hefeweizen that seems just a touch packing in malt body and overdone in carbonation. A decent enough summer drinker but far from top in its class.
