Canned on 2/2/22 opened and reviewed on 3/15/22....
Only partially hazy, solid gold color with a dense and creamy white head cap. Lace for sure.
Aromatics including: zesty wheat and golden grains, husky and pine hops, sour and sweet malt with herbs and spices.
Flavor & Feel: zesty herbs and spices, chunky golden wheat and heady malty grains of John Barleycorn's field preserve. Pine, pepper, chonky dry earth tones. Heady earthy stuff.
Ale is hoppy IPA grainy golden funk with pepper and pine, basically.

On tap at the brewery. Nice change of pace. Plastic cup but nice head and cold.

From the can, it pours a lightly hazy amber with a just off white head that slowly dissipates. In the nose, i get some pine scents as well as a touch of citrus. In the mouth, citrus hits first, followed by malt, a bit of bitterness lingers in the mouth.

The NE influence can be tasted in the hop selection. It sneaks in some citrus hops in lieu of the some the traditionally cascade hops. It was a nice fall beer, and while certainly not a standout, it held it's own.
