The colour is black (100 EBC), the liquid clear. The three finger pale brown head sinks slowly leaving no lacing.
The smell is loaded with milk chocolate aroma. Sharp sweet notes, some toasted hints of cocoa. It is very artificial.
The taste is very sweet. Chocolate cookies and perfumed/artificial notes of butterscotch and a touch of nutmeg. Light body. The sweetness grows in the aftertaste, there is also some bitter hints and more butterscotch. The finish is sweet as well with some anonymous spices and warming alcohol.
The carbonation is mild; the small bubbles are fresh. The liquid is light, almost watery.
Over-sweetened and artificial with way too much chocolate flavours.

A dark brown beer. A tan head with some lacing and some curtains.
Smelling of dark molasses, figs and dates, sweet artificial chocolate and sour hay.
Tasting very sweet, chocolate sponge cake, chocolate milk and vanilla.
Medium low carbonation, a soft and sticky texture. A medium body with a weak finish.
Too sweet and artificial, not a porter for me.

Bottle purchased from Kaisers,
Pours deep black brown, some fizzy bubbles, no real lacing.
Smell is overpowering milk chocolate syrup, the kind you put in milk to make chocolate milk.
T: Awful, tastes like cheap chocolate liquer mixed with carbonated water, unbalanced, undrinkable, insanely sweet, with no complex flavors to speak of.
Avoid this beer at all costs, one of the worst I've had. I'd really consider it more of a malt liquor.
