This beer's name sums up the idea of bringing the best together to celebrate. It is filled with seasonal flavors from generous amounts of toasted and caramel malts, mixed with equally generous amounts of honey, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg. We feel it is the perfect libation, filled with flavors of the season.

The name says it all in this one...Christmas. I had a 4 oz. pour for this in a tasting glass from a bottle at a very cold temperatrure. It was Amber in color. An overwhelming taste of nutmeg and cinnamon accompany this beer and that is exactly what the bottle reads. I also tasted a hint of cheery. Light and fluffy on the palate like you could make a session beer out of it. Also has a taste of malt to it.
The bottle also labels it as honey which I could not get out of it. High ABV but didnt taste like it. Gotta love those "winter warmers."
A very Christmasy Ale.

L: Dark amber, some sediment. Thick off-white / slightly tan head.
S: Caramel and plenty of spice (cinnamon, nutmeg, clove) with honey and floral notes.
T: Spice forward--follows nose with some ginger heat. Sweet toasted malt supports.
F: Moderate carbonation, medium to medium/light body. A bit watery and flat
Not bad. Good flavors, but the balance is off for my taste. The malt flavors could be developed some more to complement the strong spice profile.

Boring to look at, decent nose but a bit too syrupy and a lack of subtlety... There's a lot of great seasonal ales out there and I would put this in the low side of the middle of the pack. ..ok, not great

Pour is a moderately deep ruby red.
Nose is roasted malts, caramel, hint of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger
Taste follows, upfront, caramel and toasted malt. Followed by a subtle mix of cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Nothing overpowers but the ginger is most apparent. A but if toffee on the finish.
Smooth crisp body.

Dark amber body, clear; dense, lively carbonation; nice head, off-white and thick and spongy. Wonderful aroma of sweet malt and bright holiday spice aroma; cinnamon, ginger; light honey tone. Dominant malt sweetness interspersed with notes of roasted nuts and Christmas cookie spices; light bitterness. Heavy body; earthy roughness on the palate; a bit of alcohol warmth and dryness permeates everything.
A nice enough holiday / winter beer, a little long in the tooth (age-wise), but still enjoyable on a cold, late Fall weekend day.

Poured a very beautiful amber color with a thin head and some lacing.
The smell is honey, cinnamon, toffee.
Taste follows the nose with the sweetness of the honey up front and the spices lingering on the back end. Everything is really nicely balanced. This is one of my favorite Christmas beers so far.
Medium bodied and really, really smooth.
Overall this is a real joy to drink, and an outstanding addition for the holiday.
