Not too bad a selection. Had most of the "big" craft breweries. A few outdated products on the craft wall. A few bombers but not a very good selection.

Good little location. Stone, Founders, Bells, Left Hand, Dark Horse, Summit, and a few others. The craft stock is growing at a slow pace, but growing. One thing I notice is old stock sitting around too often. There are quite a few lack lusters brands taking up space. Since my arrival in fall '10, they have added a few. If you are a wine drinker Hy-Vee will peak your interest.
Good group of guys working there. Always nice when I request a certain beer. Rarely do they come through though. I am constantly requesting new brews. Giving them ideas and opinions of what to stock. It seems the Ditributors do not like driving to Q-town. Oh well. I will have to keep UPS in business with beer mail.

The selection here is pretty good. They carry nearly everything that is available to them. The manager was extremely helpful and quite interested in finding out what beers we were looking for that he didn't carry. He informed me that they would love to carry more beers but a certain distributor wasn't having it. Even so... New Holland, Schlafly, Founders and Bell's are staples... Always nice to see four packs of Breakfast Stout... not to mention Two-Hearted Ale in a mini kegs!
Prices were a bit more high than the Hy-vee Wine and Spirits around Omaha... Boulevard six-packs and Smokestacks were a full dollar higher.
Overall I would fully recommend this to anyone visiting the Quincy/Hannibal area.

Stop by here whenever I'm in Quincy. I agree, this is the best selection in the Quincy-Hannibal area. Almost all the beers are in coolers and they have a wide array of domestics. Recently added a small mix-a-six-pack selection (maybe 20 types of beer and 50 beers at any one time). Selection includes locals (Schlafly, O'fallon, Boulevard) along with more unique for the area (Dundee's, Ommegang, Dark Horse). Clean, bright, service that is not very knowledgeable but willing to help in any way they can (even grab some six packs and carry them to your car for you! Not a huge selection compared to stores in larger metro areas, but great for this region.
