on tap at the brewpub

not sure what style was in mind when this was created...perhaps a mix between an amber, IPA, and ESB. For rating purposes, i'll throw it in the ESB category as i think that was used in description

appearance: dark amber body, very small beige head and no retention....looked very similar to the Friday Ale my girlfriend ordered

smell: moderate hops, brown sugar, toasted malts

taste: a hoppy ESB indeed with strong belgian brown sugar notes and a full caramel malt base. the beer was all over the place, but good, and thats what matters most

mouthfeel: medium-full

drinkability: pretty good
