This is my first visit in a couple of years. Not much has changed. Same setup and basically the same selection. For the size of the place, the craft selection is small and limited. Prices are listed for some and not for others which is common at PA distributors and is very frustrating. How hard is it to clearly display the price of every product? Worse yet, I saw two Bell's Pale Ale cases that were over a year old according to the date stamped on the case. That's being pretty damn lazy, ignorant or both. Maybe it didn't sell because there is no price listed? One positive was a decent selection of locals that seemed to be priced fairly. I will probably not be shopping here again and would caution others to check for dates if they do.

The location is pretty good and right off route 30. You walk in it a large building. It also a large walk in cooler. The selection is decent. They have lots of pa locals. Thre other united state craft selection is ok. They have some dogfish. They have a few Germans not much on Belgiums. Good selection of japanese and Mexican beer. I think my favorite thing about this place is when you first walk in. There is a yellow line and arrow on the floor that says follow for cold beer. Overall it is not bad or great.

Note: My first option for distributor's is the Brass Rail in Campbelltown. When I stay local, I shop at the the Beer & Beverage Shoppe on Roseville Road. They have a slightly better selection. Having said that, this is by no means a place to avoid.

I've never had a bad experience here, the people are friendly enough, the beer is fresh, and the selection is not bad at all. They don't carry anything all that rare, but if it's semi-local, odds are they carry it. Decent selections from Weyerbacher, Stoudts, Victory, Troegs, Lancaster, and several others all can be found here.

Prices at PA distributors don't vary all that much, so there isn't much need to comparison shop.

This is one of my regular stops for beer (and lottery tickets). They have an above average selection of micro brews at decent prices. There stock is always fresh, and it seems as if they have a fairly good turnover. They have some nice displays of seasonal brews and some great prices on beers when the season ends, but the beer is still in date. The store is very clean and arranged in an easy to shop manor. They have a large cooler that is usually well stocked. All things considered, including the Prohibition Era laws of PA, this store is worth a stop if you are in the area.

This Brewer's Outlet is similar to its sister location on Lincoln Hwy which I reviewed here: . The selection is mostly Macros with a very limited microbrew selection. The most significant difference is that this store is laid out much better, is larger and more well lit. The atmosphere feels less – warehouse, and more store-like. Overall, it is an average beer distributor and a fine place to find cheep macros and a few craft beers.

Hope this is helpful.
