Served on cask into a pint glass. Saw no mention of this beer online or in the menu, just the beer name listed on a sign above the bar claiming that it was on cask. Since it tasted like a Americanized flanders bruin that is what I entered it as.

A - Dark brown/reddish body. A small off white head formed and quickly fizzled away to absolutely nothing. A swirl produced some lace/bubbling but that quickly fades as well.

S - Spiced cherries, lactic acid, slightly roasty caramel malt.

T - Very faintly smoked malts followed by some cherry like fruit flavors. This is accompanied by an abrupt acetic sour finish. Somewhat dry and crisp. Mouth feel was medium with low carbonation,

O - Not a bad beer, pretty refreshing. I'm not sure if this uses any critters, but its certainly sour and acetic. The smoked aspect is very faint and almost unrecognizable though.
