This beer is named after the Uncanoonuc Mountains in nearby Goffstown. Cream ales were first brewed to compete with brewers making pale lagers in the Northeast and designed to be light and drinkable. We ferment ours longer and at a colder temperature to give it a crisp, clean finish.

I feel it was over primed, the head was coming out of the can more than usual. Tastes great though.

This beer is great if you are looking to drink a lot of light flavorful beer without feeling like your stomach is going to explode from being to full. Very good

Brightly clear deep golden color with a small quickly dissipating bubbly white head. Nice bready pilsner with some spicy and floral hop. Light earth light astringency, somewhat mediocre.
