Review based on the BJCP2008 guidelines (style 15A). Draft @ Hutt’n Nuremberg. AROMA: wheat malt background with vanilla notes and some very faint banana. APPEARANCE: gold color and hazy. good white head with medium-low retention. TASTE: mild wheat flavour with some notes of vanilla and banana. low bitterness and a fairly sweet finish. PALATE: medium-low body with medium-low carbnonation. OVERALL: an average bulk weizen.
