7 June 2007, Best before unknown

Bright golden colour. Quite effervescent - bubbles streaming to the big white head. Clumpy lacing. Spicy herbal aroma. Coriander. Leafy. Tastes sweet and spicy. As it warms, quite an alcoholic finish. Warming, prickly and alcoholic mouthfeel. Medium bodied and well carbonated.

A bit rough but a decent first attempt for this WA micro. Approximately 7% ABV - labels were printed as 5% and marked up.
