On tap at The New York Wine and Culinary Center in Canandaigua, NY.
This one pours a pretty dark black, with a small white head, and a good amount of lacing.
Smells like roasted malt, smoke, and minor hoppiness.
This is a pretty simple and no frills rendition of the style. It doesn't do a ton to stand out- there's the intended and expected dark and bitter roast character, some very light smokiness, and maybe a bit of caramel and chocolate. The hop level is low, but still noticeable.
This is medium bodied, and pretty creamy, with a good level of carbonation.
This wasn't too exciting, but it was certainly drinkable and well-made.

A Malty rich Black Lager that combines the silky smooth qualitie of our house lager yeast and the roasty and intense character of German roast malts and black w (Sic)

Enjoyed at the brewery this afternoon and now rated from a 1/2 growler at home
Pours essentially black , minor mocha cap leaves a thin colar and moderate strands of lace on the glass.
Faint chocolate and dark malts on the nose.
I get mostly a smooth layer of milk chocolate, dark chocolate and dark malts on the palate...dusty drying element of minor hops in the finish....Pleasant and easy drinking dark lager
