Delicious golden with nice white head. Nice yeasty smell and flavorfully rich sourdough taste. Medium bodied balanced brew. Finished with afresh baggete aftertaste. Nice American take on a Belgian ale.

L: Poured from a bottle to a tulip glass. Had a nice golden color and a clear consistency. There was an inch or so of fluffy, bright white, fairly long-lasting head. Below average lacing.

S: A so-so aroma of spices, yeast, malt, and a little fruit.

T: Tasted of some mild Belgian yeast, light fruit (banana), a slightly grassy quality (never encountered that in a BPA before), an array spices (pepper, cloves), and a bit of malt. A mostly forgettable flavor that's a weird mishmash. Very uneven and not forceful enough.

F: A decent amount of carbonation with a somewhat slick finish. Medium-bodied.

O: Certainly not the worst American-made Belgian-style beer, but pretty forgettable. Could have been more interesting.

The spice is way too overpowering and ruins the overall taste of this horrible brew. Pure garbage by another American brewery that attempts to make a Belgian beer

Pours a clear straw yellow color with a very well retained one inch white lead that left a lot of spotty lacing. Smells and tastes of bready malts, Belgian yeast, pepper, cloves and hops. Light bodied and well carbonated, slightly bitter finish, clean and crisp.

12 oz bottle with a July 2016 poured into a lager glass in Sept. 2016.

Look: pours light golden in color with a puffy, thick, white head. Very good retention. Sticky, soapy lace covers about 20% of the glass.

Aroma: Hop (Noble?) dominated. Some bready, fruity and floral aromas, A touvh of slightly funky aroma.

Flavor: Fruity sweetness balanced by peppery and herbal hops. Mild bitterness.

Feel: The body is medium-light with lively, crisp medium carbonation.

Overall: a solid but earthy/herbal Belgian pale ale.

A 375ml bottle brought back from New York City. Pours a golden colour with a white head. Aromas of citrus, clove & yeast. Tastes of citrus, apple, banana, clove, light spice & sweet malt. Finish is sweet citrus malt with a hint of spice in a lightly bitter end.
