One of my favorite citrus style IPAs. I'm slightly biased as beers with centennial hops are always my favorite.
A- light bodied and pale in color. Head retention was good and really trapped in the hoppy taste of the beer.
S- Nothing over powering but you can get a hint of citrus.
T- a light citrus style. Hops for sure over power any malt characteristic but you can really taste the centennial hops.
O-Great beer, great brewery would recommend it to anyone just starting to drink IPAs as its not the most intense beer of the style but still has enough hop to satisfy the hophead in me.

served on-tap in a standard pint glass.

appears golden yellow with some amber highlights, white head. aroma is about average for the style, floral and citrus hops, but not as refined as other IPA's. taste is dominated by the hops, with a little malt to back it up. body is thin to medium, higher carbonation.

overall, a standard west coast IPA, nothing special.

22oz bomber.

Appearance is a hazy light gold with a one finger head. The head is quick to fade but leaves decent lacing.

Smell is not all that impressive. There are some citrusy notes along with some orange/tangerine sweet scents but nothing is very strong or stands out significantly.

The taste is rather interesting. It starts off with a nice fruity sweetness that I associate with stronger ipa's but this soon fades and is replaced by a biscuity maltiness. Finally there are some slight citrusy hop notes. A decent bitterness pervades throughout.

Overall, I think this is a pretty good beer but one that definitely should be enjoyed fresh. This bottle is best by Nov. 30 so not as fresh as it should be. I really think if I had this fresh, those hop flavors would make this beer excellent.
