This pours a darker golden color, but fairly clear. The head is minimal when poured from the tap, and white. The nose is minimal. There is a slight sweetness to it from the aging. The taste is mellow up front, but really kicks in on the backside. A bit of funk. Some sweetness. Really complex flavor. The feel is quite full bodied.
Overall quite a rich beer. Nice complex flavor to it. Delicious.

Golden color. White head that fades away.
Brett funk all around. Oak. Tastes like a golden ale. Alcohol and spices with yeast notes.
Medium bodied. Very mediocre. Another Brett beer from surly :/
