With 200 reviews on Jaipur, I can't add much.
Jaipur also has been reviewed in Roger Protz' CAMRA classic "300 Beers To Try Before You Die!" and also in the "1001" book. I have Had Jaipur three times and increased my initial rating slightly based on smell and taste.
Jaipur went very well with Indian food and southeast Asian food.
Versatile and I will have it again.

Complex hop aroma with hints of orange, white pepper, and sage. Herbal and perfumey with floral honey notes. Grassy and bright. Somewhat sweet. Very lightly bready. Balanced towards hops in the nose with complimentary fruity yeast esters.

Pours somewhat hazy light yellow. Almost wit beer in color. Small white head with good lacing.

Rush of fruit, oranges and apricots. Thoroughly bitter with light malt character. A hint of honey sweetness. Crisp and clean. Very dry. Delicate finish with lingering honey and hop bitterness.

Medium light body with medium low carbonation. Sticky hop resin lingers on and on.

Bridging the gap between English and American IPA.

Finally got a fresh bottle of this (1 month old)...tends to be a lot of old ones on the shelves.
Pours a straw gold...lighter than expected...and very clear. Filtered, not bottle conditioned. Medium head and reasonably good lacing. Nose is a nice mix of earthy English, with some fresh pine/citrus there too, but doesn't particularly stand out. Flavor is bitter up front, with a full malt backbone for balance. Overall, solid brew that I'd like to see on cask or at least bottle conditioned.

Poured a pale yellow color with a 3F head in a Stone Pint glass. Resolves within minutes.

Aroma is faint- fruit and malt.

The MF is quite good- malty with a medium body.

Taste: excellent. Strong fruit finished by with moderate bitterness.

Overall: A good English IPA. The taste was excellent in this beer, but the aroma was not strong. Although beer advocate recommends lower temps, the beer is at its best closer to 50°F.

L: Pale gold, clear, with streams of visible carbonation. Massive, soapy head collapses slowly to a lumpy cap.

S: An abundance of pine and ripe, tropical fruits.

T: USA. Hops, hops, hops. Resin and soft, juicy citrus.

F: Excellent carbonation on the sides of the tongue (more than a sparkle, less than a fizz). Medium body with slightly oily mouthfeel and a long, dry finish.

O: Really an excellent IPA. American hops up-front with an English malt backbone. Thornbridge use Cascade, Ahtanum, and Centennial hops for this award-winning beer. This is an American IPA, for sure, but brewed for an English palate. Full of pine, citrus, grapefruit, and floral characteristics...but not overdone. One of my favourites. Need to be reminded this is 5.9% ABV with the alcohol completely hidden. Dangerously drinkable.

Pint on keg in the newly opened craft beer pub, The Libertine in Worthing, UK.

L - Very pale in colour. Looking very much like a lager despite being an ale. 1 finger head with lots of carbonation.

S - As said by others, this is the best attribute of the beer. VERY tropical notes. Mainly pineapple and mango. Smells wonderful.

T - The taste is very floral and pine-like. Very hoppy as well. This was very cold on keg and therefore I feel some of the flavour was lost. Probably more flavoursome on cask or bottled slightly chilled.

F - As above really. The pint I had in keg was very cold and highly carbonated. Gave this much more of a lager-like mouth feel. However a very crisp finish on the palate.

O - The smell really stood out for me. Didn't follow through as well with flavour and feel. Would really like to try on cask as I think it would be a much more complete IPA.
