I was able to get this one at the Princeton location on 1/19/08. I decided to take this one home in one of their half gallon growlers. It poured a clear golden hue with a 1 inch frosty head of white foam. The head of foam did linger on for a few minutes, but then it receded into a small white film and leave a few streaks of white lace. It had a fruity based aroma with a hint of pepper, malted wheat, and a pinch of herbal hops behind it. When it really warms up, an aroma of sweet caramel and toasted nuts will emerge. It tasted like liquid wheat bread that had crispy floral/herbal hops and a dash of pepper blended into it. The mouthfeel was crispy, light to medium bodied, and with an aftertaste of toasted malts and floral hops. This aftertaste did linger on for a few minutes in the back of my mouth. Overall, it was a decent brewpub only IPA that's worth a shot. It's nothing I would go out of my way to drink again.

A solid EIPA. more wood, malt than typical fruity IPAs. Specific minerally, woody bitterness.
a) Solid golden pour with lacing, lasting head.
s) floral and wood hops, less fruit.
t) Woodshop and malt comes into play.
f) Creamy, nice finish, again woody.
o) classic but mid-pack.

Cloudy orange /yellow color. Just above average body with plenty of carbonation. Aroma is citrus, mild grapefruit, malt, and just a small amount of pine.
Taste follows the aroma, not overly bitter at all with the malt being more noticeable than usual for this style. Definitely citrus, mild grapefruit with minimal pine
Overall it's got a great body and is perfect if you don't care for a massive bitter bomb . I'm not a huge up a fan and yet I totally enjoyed this

On tap at Triumph. Pretty copper color and not much to sniff. Nice balance of malt and hops. Not over the top. Hints of grapefruit, but as pronounced as the Florida IPAs like jai alai. A good dinner beer.
