atmosphere - Princeton is a really nice town, plenty of things to see and do. Triumph has a small entrance from the street with Triumph pint glass logo banners on either side of the entrance. After you walk down the long hallway lined with beer memorabilia you come to the reception desk where you can then see the small bar in the front of the dining area. The whole thing is laid out long and thin, though we didn't see much of it as we were seated feet from the entrance. The girls at the counter seemed bothered by our party of 7 and informed us it would be at least an hour and a half wait. We came to drink so we had no problem going to check out the bar and sampling some of the brews. The chalkboard reflected their offerings and their ABVs, which differed only slightly from their frequently updated website "On Tap" section. Again the bartender seamed annoyed at our group of trying to order drinks, and we had a hard time finding a place to stand. Beers were all $5, mixed drinks about $10.

quality - The beer was solid, I think we sampled almost every brew on tap except the Wit, so (American Lager, Honey Wheat, Bitter, Amber, Bengal IPA, and Dry Stout) All of them solid, none of them stellar but some were unique. The amber was really tasty and the Bengal IPA had a distinct and unique citrus aroma reminiscent of clementines.

service - The wait staff wasn't bad considering the traffic they had in the restaurant but didn't make us feel welcome. It seemed like they could care less that we there and at times seemed bothered by our presence. However everything came out right and in reasonable time and she checked in on us pretty frequently. It was strange however that at one point she went missing for a while and some people needed more beer. Being close to the bar they went over to order another drink and she told them to go back to the table and she would send the waitress over.

selection - Interesting menu could be hard for picky eaters but there was enough to choose from. I think it was 6 or 7 beers on tap which seems on par for most brewpubs.

food - We had been warned that the food wasn't stellar so we ordered mainly appetizers and burgers which all came out fine, a little expensive for the quality as others have noted but it's Princeton.

Overall I enjoyed the experience, I'll go back maybe with less people as I would like to see the rest of the inside and get a better look at the brewers and fermentation tanks I saw from a distance. Good beer, average food and nice location.

Beer is very good, limited selection but could. Still find a few things that I enjoyed. Food was really well made and more than enjoyable. Had a mixed crowd but I was there for lunch so it may have a different feel at other times of the week

A great place with a nice atmosphere and vibe. The food is absolutely delicious and the service very friendly and good. The beer selection is somewhat limited but I loved the fact that they tell you when each beer was brewed and what are the beers that are currently being brewed in their in-house brew house.

A good place, doesn’t have a lot of natural light and prices can be a little high. Even for Princeton.

Right on the main street of Princeton, (Nassau) across the street from the university with it's amazing gothic architecture. Very cool dining area, in a converted warehouse, with seating on different levels on an open floor plan. Great bar below and when I go for dinner, I love to sit in the upper level against the rail and look down at the bar and other tables and see the large brewing tanks.

8/14...worthy stop right across the street from Princeton. Split level open space. Large selection of brews on tap, with an eight beer sampler availability. Everything well poured and the staff aptly described the characteristics. Was impressed with the quality of the brews. Good food menu, aiming for slightly upscale and certainly creative.

The 7 beer sampler for $13 is a bargain. Decided the hand pump ESB was best offering.

You'd hope for more from such a cool looking place. A bit disappointed for sure.

The menu looked good but the actual food didn't live up to the hype. The beer wasn't much better.
