Dark amber in appearance with a short lived head. Nose of cooked sugar, RC Cola, dark fruit like figs and dates. Nutty flavors apparent, with roasted character and caramel notes up front. Hop flavor is muted and mild with a very clean bitterness showing up at the end. Thin bodied and mildly carbonated.

Nice chestnut brown
Cookie like smell with vanilla and sweet aromas
tastes almost sweet, hints of cookie dough, definite nut like aroma and note, very smooth and drinkable stands by itself
smooth mouthfeel with a late happiness at the finish
I wish it were on tap more in the Atlanta area…I think the tap develops the aromas and tastes a bit more, but this one holds up well in the bomber or six pack
I swear to God I like Christmas cookies with this better than egg nog
