Love a good New England IPA. Once poured, it's hazy, juicy apricot/orange appearance with a creamy head dominated. The head didn't stick around long. (Neither did my pour.)

Aroma: fruity, complex tropical hoppiness balanced with malt. Not as much of a punch-in-the-nose as I expected based on appearance, but it's there nonetheless. Mango and orange are apparent.

Taste: Orange Julius vibes are real here. Creamy, fruity, juicy. Very little bitterness; the juice is really all that lingers. Crisp, medium body.

Overall: A great IPA if you aren't looking for a hop-forward, bitter aftertaste. In fact, it hardly drinks like an IPA at all. I'd drink this on the porch any summer night. Drinkability is through the roof. It would rank higher in my books if it did have more of that hoppy punch, but that's just being nitpicky. I think I could have a few IPA converts on this brew. Bonus for the great label.

12 oz. Can
Canned On: 02/11/2019
ABV: 6.7%

Poured into a Trillium glass a pretty nice cloudy orange color, pretty nice carbonation, with a pretty nice thick/creamy one-finger plus off-white head, which also leaves some pretty nice creamy sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, mango, apricot), with some diesel like. The taste is pretty nice hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, mango, apricot), nice diesel like. Medium body, ABV hidden very nicely, with a nice little dry/bitter finish. Overall, this is a pretty tasty brew. Addictive! Orange Juilus! Milkshake!. Glad to see this around here.

Hard to pass on a NE style IPA from Rogue, especially with the awesome label art.
Pours hazy apricot, nice lacing, aromas of tropical fruits, mango, guava, light citrus. Taste more of the same, with some lingering resin. Creamy body.
Very nice, even if not as extremely juicy as some East Coast versions

Rogue Ales "Batsquatch"
12 fl. oz. can, "CANNED ON 03/01/2019 10:37:45"

Notes via stream of consciousness: Well I love the label, there's that! OK, it's poured a cloudy golden orange body beneath an inch and a half tall head of off-white foam. There are tiny bubbles in the head, but also some bigger ones as well, and plenty of bubbles can be seen rising quickly beneath. The aroma mainly gives me pineapple but there's also some light pine there as well. Let me give it another whiff... mango comes out, some tangerine, guava, and just a very light note of lemon/lime in the background. It's not the brightest or "juiciest" aroma I've found but it's clean and clear. On to the flavor... well no surprises there, it tastes pretty much exactly as it smells with some sweet and grainy malt making up the bulk of it. The label lists it as having 54 IBUs but it doesn't seem like that too me, I perceive it as being more like 40 to 45 or so. It's nicely balanced, and although it's juicy I still feel like I'm drinking a beer. I guess it doesn't have that acidity that some of the juice bombs have. Well, and it's also got more malt and body than some. I'd call it medium bodied; and it's delicately crisp, I thought it might be a little more bristling based on the bubbles I'd seen rising earlier. Now that it's warmed a bit I get orange first and foremost in the aroma; everything else is still there but the orange really pops. Overall I quite enjoy this but it's not exactly what I think of when I think of a hazy and juicy NE IPA. But that's OK though, there are plenty f variations within the style. Oh, I almost forgot, the head has held really well and there's some very nice lacing left behind. If you ignore the haze, and you have to as it's supposed to be there, it's a great looking glass of beer.

Very hazy apricot color with a decent foamy white head that dissipates slowly to just a ring but does manage some decent lacing.
The aroma is pineapple, mango, orange and lemon with some light malt background.
The taste is similar with some grapefruit and pine resin added, very tropical juice forward, tasty.
It has a light to medium body, very smooth.
Overall a very tasty refreshing brew. Excellent for warm weather, but good anytime.

32oz growler. Poured out a hazy, golden orange color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled of pineapple, mango and orange. Sweet tropical fruit taste with toasted caramel and a sharp bitterness.

A: The beer is very hazy yellow in color—too hazy to see if there is any visible carbonation. It poured with a half finger high white head that left a bullseye pattern of bubbles on the surface with concentric circles and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of oranges and mangos are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, having flavors of oranges and mangos along with hints of tropical fruits.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and very juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is quite fruity and juicy. It is very easy to drink.

Look: Very attractive hazy tangerine appearance with two fingers of head. Amazing lacing.
Smell: First smell gives overwhelming tangerine with slight pineapple chew, very tropical.
Taste: Very much matches smell. Super fruit taste with a small of malted backing up the bitterness. Amazing juicy taste
Feel: A lot of carbonation mixed with fruit taste and a slight makt balance making it a perfect juice bomb!
Overall: One of the best IPA's I've tried when it comes to searching for the juiciest. The flavor profile is perfect and definitely has an upfront citrus feel with enough malted to make sure it isn't over the tope!
