A bright honey colored West Coast IPA with an enticing fruity aroma. Flavors of tangerine and mango up front and a balance of malt sweetness and bitterness to finish.
At the very core of Rogue is the idea of getting outta line. That is to say you don’t need to follow the plan laid out in front of you, you don’t have to fit in and you don’t have to follow the crowd. We brewed this IPA as a reminder that there is no limit when you have the courage to stand out. Available year round, Outta Line IPA is a bright honey-colored West Coast IPA with an enticing fruit aroma.
Malts: 2-Row, Munich, GWM Brūmalt & Wheat
Hops: Zeus, Mosaic, Simcoe & Rogue Farms Rebel
Pacman Yeast & Free Range Coastal Water.

Can from Brewers Haven. Orange golden with a soft, creamy head. Caramel malts feature in the aroma. Taste is sweet with a light bitterness, drying out at the finish. Classic.

Pours a copper in color with a foamy off-white head that dissipates to a thin layer of bubbles. Lots of lacing as you drink. Carbonation looks solid. Aroma hints at a pretty balanced IPA, although slightly hop forward. Mostly breaded, candied malts with a tropical hops. Flavor matches the aroma well, although it's decidedly hop-forward. Lots of tropical fruits and citrus with a solid caramel malt backbone. Finishes a bit dry with lingering grapefruit rind and caramel malts on the tongue. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, smooth and zesty with a bit of chewiness. Pretty easy to drink at 6.95% ABV. This is a classic, fairly balanced IPA that offers a great amount of complexity and an excellent tropical/citrus hop profile. As always, Rogue did not disappoint. I would happily seek this one out again. Cheers!

12 ounce can poured into tulip.
Pours a deep honey yellow with one finger of off-white head that leaves some Tennessee mountain range lace as it recedes.
Smells of bright citrus, marmalade on biscuits, mixed tropical fruit, wet stone, pine needles and leafy, perfumed hops.
Tastes of more breakfast biscuits with marmalade, orange slices, grapefruit zest, soft pineapple, mango and more pine forest hops.
Feels soft and fluffy. Medium bodied with velvety carbonation. Finishes dry.
Verdict: Highly recommended. Tasty and intense.

It poured a hazy copper colar with a white head that leaves nice lasing on the glass. It smells and taste of tropical fruit ( mango mostly to me). It has a nice body easy to drink. A good solid IPA to me.

12 ounce can poured into a tulip glass.
L---Mostly clear, dark golden color. Fluffy, off-white head with excellent retention and really nice lacing.
S---Pine, flowers and citrus.
T---Complex & balanced. Pine, floral notes and citrus follow from the nose with the addition of some caramel malts.
F---Medium+ mouthfeel. Amply carbonated.
O---A really nice WCIPA. And I thought that all they sold anymore were NEIPAs.

355 ml can, from Vinoble Frederikshavn. ABV is 6.9%, IBU 66. Gusher can. Hazy orange colour, small white head. Aroma of orange marmalade and piney hops. Refreshing flavour, some malty sweetness but not too much, citric and piney hops.

Appearance: Pours light amber with a good-sized, off-white head. A slight haze is noted, no particulate.
Aroma: Hop aroma is citrusy and floral, yet still has earthy aroma sneaking through as well. Malt isn't easy to smell behind the intense hop aroma.
Flavor: Good balance of flavors, definitely leaning towards the bitter side (which is to be expected from a West Coast IPA). Flavor from the hops is mostly citrusy, and I still get a little bit of earthiness out of them as well.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied, and good carbonation gives a really smooth mouthfeel.
Overall: A really solid West Coast IPA, good display of hops in this to provide great aroma and flavor.
