L - Golden amber with a minimal white head that leaves behind some lacing.
S - sweet malt and wheat, notes of caramel and biscuit as well as some floral notes but not very strong at all.
T - Sweet malt throughout with notes of caramel and biscuit. Wheat is present throughout. Hints of citrus. Some nuttiness to the flavor profile as well.
F - Medium to full body with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O - This is a pretty nice ale. Loads of malty sweetness with a good amount of wheat. Notes of citrus, biscuit, nuts, and caramel. Not really sure what I was expecting here but overall a nice ale. Definitely worth a try.

Golden and slightly cloudy. Lots of slow rising bubbles, topped with a foam of off white colour.

Smells slightly tart, of crackers, a hint of bergamot, pine and orange.

Very caramelly, but not sweet, biscuit to the hilt, bergamot, pine and orange all come through as well. Only a hint of bitterness on the end.

Biscuity, chewy, almost thick body, with a moderate amount of spicy carbonation.

I'm really loving the style, the ingenuity, and the label. Its one of those which isn't over the top in any direction otherwise, so could be confused easily for an American pale ale, or styled Munich lager even. But its great, out of the box. Got on wish beer, drank Dec. 1st, 2016 in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

Orange-amber body with cloudiness increasing as the bottle drains, off-white soapy head, loose carbonation. Nose and taste are dull- grain and rough malty sweetness, paper, mild hop spice, bitterness, and floral notes. An intensive search for enjoyable flavor, however delicate or hidden, turns up nothing. This isn't nuanced, it's just boring and far underpowered. Body is light, fine prickles of carbonation.
Yawn. It seems that all chef-beer crossovers have high, innovative goals, but the results are usually boring clutter in the landscape of poorly executed 'craft' beers.

Bought from Marukai 22oz bottle $6.99
Golden amber color
Medium Mouthfeel
Medium carbonation
Smooth with just a tiny amount of bitterness after taste, has a hint of a taste that does remind me of soba
Overall a really great beer that goes great with food as it has an easy drinking taste that would not overpower or alter the taste of the food you're eating, but has the flavor that keeps you wanting to drink more of it.
