Delicious beer..I had it with a slice of deep dish pizza and I loved it. Its Nice and Golden head and color, Its hoppy, the mouthfeel gives you a good bubble feeling and a taste of floral/fruity aromatic essence that leaves your mouth watering for more...I enjoy it and I think its worth a try..Since i had it on a whim just doing a regular Pick 6 at a local liquor store. I say try it out! especially if you can handle an I.P.A. as i said its a pretty strong beer as far as alcohol content

A - bright orange with a big, dense, soft, white head that has great retention

S - bready, a bit soapy, a bit herbal, some citrus

T - lemon, bread, citrus, some pine, bitter

M - crisp, medium bodied, a bit heavily carbonated

This IPA seems all over the place. The hops are vibrant and potent. They're forward and dominant. The malt is bready and always present. They don't however mesh as well as I would like. Overall, though, it's drinkable and enjoyable.

Poured into a pint glass.

A: Cloudy orange with giant, white, rocky head that lasted a long time. Good lacing.

S: Citrus hops. Mild.

T: Light sweetness and solid bitterness. Citrus and subtle floral notes. Some toasted malt, but mild overall.

M: Medium bodied with fizzy carbonation. Slightly warm going down.

O: Not a bad IPA. The nose and taste were a bit mild.

On tap at George St alehouse in new Brunswick.

Arrives in pint glass cloudy dark yellowa color and thin ring of foam . Aroma is mild with some citrus hops but the beer is very cold.

First sip has a nice rush of malt sweetness followed by a firm bitter hoppy bite. Nice balanced and drinkable, and delivers the burst of choppy flavor I crave. Not crazy but just all around solid.

Reviewed from session notes.

Pours out a pee yellow color, just as you'd expect from the label marketing. Has a single finger of soap sudsy head that lasts for about a minute and a half, but leaves mediocre lacing behind.
Has that signature Amarillo flower and spice smell, but the citrus peel aspect seems somewhat subdued to my nose. The flavor has the opposite situation : subdued floral aspects and more prominent spice and citrus. The toffee malt underneath seems a bit overwhelmed by the hop levels... medium body and carbonation levels.
