Poured from a bottle and served in a pint glass...

A - Yellow golden color. Extremely clear with a nice creamy head that lasts all the way through the beer.

S - Rich floral aroma. Clean and light fragrance. Nothing overwhelming.

T - A little bit spicy, and some nice bitterness. Hoppier and a little bit fryer than I was expecting, but still a refreshing beer.

M - medium body with some creaminess. Heavier mouthfeel than I am used to with a pilsner, but I have not had many 6% pilsners.

O - An interesting first experience with a Bohemian pilsner. Good balance of hop and malt character. Not something I would necessarily go after again, but an experience nonetheless. I expected something a little more refreshing. What I got was a tad dry and more filling

Good Chit Pilsener pours a clear golden color, lots of carbonation, and with a nice long lasting lacing head. The smell is rather weak, and slightly offensive, reminds me of road kill. The taste however is very crisp, and has a good malty spike to it. Good full flavor, very crisp and refreshing. Overall a nice malty pils.

Appearance: Hazy, light orange hue. Not golden crystal like Pilsner Urquell,

Aroma: Strong Czech pilsner malt aroma. Grapefruit. Floral.

Taste: Hop bitter, bready malt balance from start, malt fades while hop bitterness stays. Grapefruit. Biscuit. Bready yeast end.

Mouthfeel: A tad stickier than Pils. Urq. Thicker.

Glass: Pilsner glass

Appearance: light crisp clear yellow, with a thick creamy white head. Good amount of lacing.

Aroma: balanced hops and malt aroma.

Taste: crisp, clean, very smooth beer. Slight spice character with a very clean hoppy finish.

Mouthfeel: medium bodied, fizzy carbonation, and slick clean texture.

A very smooth easy drinking beer that still has some interesting flavors.

Serviceable drinkable pilsner. A little farm grown aroma to go with floral notes. Long lasting creamy white head on light yellow. Middle mouthfeel. Hits the mark in style, and at least an average beer.Assertive carbonation. Hops are significant, as is the taste of hay (not that I didn't like it).

Bottle: Poured a pale yellow color pilsner with a large pure white foamy head with good retention and some pretty good lacing. Aroma of lightly sweet malt base with nice floral notes and some light dry Noble hops presence. Taste is an easy drinking mix of lightly sweet malt with some light dry Noble hops presence with a nice light floral undertone. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Well brewed and quite enjoyable pilsner.
