650ml bottle. Shouldn't the power to the people fist on the label be cradling a gourd, instead of the usual hop vine clench? Just sayin'.
This beer pours a dark, murky golden brownish amber hue, with two flabby fingers of puffy, tightly foamy, and somewhat bubbly beige head, which maintains some pretty sturdy retention, eventually leaving some swooping arches of lace around the glass.
It smells like peppy, zingy pumpkin pie - cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, vanilla, and sweet pumpkin mush, with a slight bready, crusty caramel malt. The taste is a promoted bready caramel malt, still rather fleshy pumpkin, more now sedate autumn victual spices - a bit of nutmeg, cardamom, and clove, for the most part - and a twinge of slightly metallic warming alcohol.
The carbonation is surely frothy, but not all that strong overall, the body an unassuming middleweight, and generally smooth, a little carbonic prick now getting all up in its grill. It finishes more malty than anything up to this point - and with the pumpkin continuing its flavour free-fall - if not exactly in vegetal sweetness - the lack of off-setting hops becomes just a little too clear.
A decent enough pumpkin (pie-adjacent) ale, all of the associated ticks are duly nailed, and recorded now for posterity. I could, however, stand just a bit more (or any) proper hop bitterness spread around - that would help with the whole beer vs. dessert conflict currently mucking up my consciousness.

The contents of a pint can are entirely emptied into a clear glass liter mug. There's plenty of those pumpkin pie spices to be smelled. So is it clove, nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice or something else that dominates. For the nose, let's go with the pungent clove. That's not to say the others aren't included. To look at, the brew is dull, but it's richly copper-amber and supports a very little off-white head. Drinking it, the body first seems to carry all of the tastes anticipated by the nose, bringing a little welcomed sweetness upfront. But, as the taste of spices grows, the body fades. It never gets too thin, although it approaches that mark. The positives are that, unlike its aroma, there is a nice balance of pumpkin pie spices to taste. The glass lacing is noteworthy. It drinks easily, as none of the pumpkin pie spices dominates. The overall thinness of the body can produce doubt that real pumpkins were included. In the specialty niche, this is OK, but not among the elite few.

Pours a dark bronze with a tan one finger head. Aroma is cardamom and malt, with nutmeg thrown in. Taste is light, watery and less cardamom and malt, though malt is present.

Appearance - Cloudy, deep Orange / red - like clay. No head.
Aroma -Very light Pumpkin and vey light brown sugar. Not much smell to be honest and that’s disappointing but acceptable since made with real pumpkin.
Taste -Light pumpkin and watery; backend is somewhat disappointing as there is no lingering taste
Mouthfeel -Thin and light
Overall -Average pumpkin beer. More flavor and spices would make it better. Aroma was the best part in my opinion. Worth a try for sure.

Look: Dark red-orange with a frothy off-white head that builds, somewhat holds, and settles to a lid, leaving great lacing behind
Aroma: Roasted pumpkin flesh and seeds, cinnamon, nutmeg, warm brown bread, wafts of clove, and brown sugar
Taste: Starts out with roasted pumpkin seeds and freshly baked brown bread that hold for just a second before the pumpkin flesh and spices begin to trickle in. Nice depth of pumpkin flavor throughout and closes with sweet brown sugar and a nice hit of clove
Mouthfeel: Full, clean, soft, medium-high carbonation, and soft and pretty smooth on the finish
Overall: I dig this beer. I’ve enjoyed this since they first made it in ceramic 750mL bottles as it’s a good pumpkin beer that isn’t spice-dominate. Good balance of real pumpkin flavor and spices all in an easy-drinking and readily available beer that is annually enjoyed. Recommended

This beer is superb. I've never had a pumpkin beer like this. It is very malty and dark flavored with the perfect amount of pleasant spices. It feels higher abv than it is and that's a good thing (probably from the ginger burn). This beer strangely reminds me of a spiced dunkelbock double. Very malty and dark. I love it!
