12oz bottle poured into a tulip. Pours a hazy light golden with a fluffy white head that falls leaving nice retention and nice lacing. The aromas have some pilsener malt notes along with some lager yeast. Some cracker and bread notes. Hints of pear and green apple as well with a touch of honey. The flavors follow the nose perfectly. Slightly floral and earthy. Some honey flavor, but it's not sweet at all. More pear and green apple notes. Subtle hints of caramel. Solid malt backbone. Alcohol goes unnoticed. Mouthfeel is very nice. It's on the heavier side of light with active carbonation. It's very sharp, but creamy and fluffy. Very smooth and easy to drink.

This is a great kölsch. It's very refreshing and fun to drink. Well crafted and very enjoyable. Recommended.

Pours a clear straw color with a touch more than a finger of head. The nose has a very mild honey note. The flavor is rather standard for the style with the exception of a underlying mild sweetness that does not really get in the way of the dry finish.

A moderate pour from a longneck into an "Olympia" pilsener glass produces a short, but creamy and sticky head. The beer is a pale golden with effervescent carbonation.

The nose is very fruity and pungent, with notes of mild citrus, suggestions of honeydew melon, and mead. The flavor is semi-sweet with a touch of tartness and an herbal bitterness that lingers into the finish. The mouthfeel is light but frothy from the high carbonation. A very refreshing quaff on a warm day.

I'm glad to see American craft brewers continuing to explore traditional styles (albeit with their own twist). This own seems true to the style with a unique interpretation. I paid $7.99 for a six pack at Front Street Market in Butte, America.

Pours a very light gold with a thin off white head that dissipates quickly. Light floral honey aroma. Taste is refreshing and light, with honey notes towards the end. Pleasantly carbonated with a light body and mouthfeel. Very nice!
