Cloudy, opaque golden colour with a smooth, creamy and long lasted off-white head. All those grains have done something to this beer.

Bright, citrussy hops with a fruity ester profile underneath. Not overly complex with the malt being very restrained.

Smooth, light malt with a moderate floral and fruity hop character. Mild esters (is it bananas?) with the grain playing a very light role in the background. Moderate bitterness.

Medium body with moderately-low carbonation. Nice.

I like the concept for this beer but somewhere along the line the use of all these grains has failed to deliver an effective result. The grains are hidden and the colour is not amazing. I appreciate the flavour profile here but I still think it misses the point.
