4x16oz on sale for $7….maybe because it is 3.5 months old. Good looking beer with 1.5 finger white head in a tall tulip. Yellow grapefruit color, almost opaque, moderate amount of lacing. Points off for suspended solids, though. Indistinct, somewhat citrus smell and flavor. Moderate to heavy body. Creamy but clean mouth feel.

Nice taste. Citrus followed by the malt.
Overall a very nice NEIPA.

A good hazy IPA with a bit of a lingering aftertaste.

Canned 08/09/21
Appearance - Pours hazy and faded orange with an off-white, finger width head. Decent retention before dying down to a mostly solid, consistent layer of suds across the surface. Lacing is good, with some patches here and there, broken webbing, lines and small spotting.
Smell - Smells like orange flavored vitamin pills.
Taste - Follows the nose. Orange with a healthy dose of mineral quality. Touches of pineapple, but mostly orange and mineral upfront and clear through into the aftertaste.
Mouthfeel - Medium-bodied with low carbonation. Smooth, easy drinker with a trace of chalkiness in the texture.
Overall - One of those NE-Style IPAs that are prominent with a mineral quality. Not terrible, but not my fave.

Really outstanding NEIPA. Drank on 10/11/21, canned on 7/1/21. Poured from 16oz can into tulip pint glass.
It's everything you want for the style- jam packed with citrus flavor, lovely opaque haze with a great fluffy white head and chunks of yeast settling at the bottom, luring aroma, and fluffy mouthfeel. On the tongue I get orange, peach, pineapple, lime, and melon which balance with the malt backbone. Oats and wheat offer a soft mouthfeel. Really low bitterness. It at no point overwhelms the palate, which is something I like. If you see this beer, buy this beer.

I got a fresh 4-pack of pint cans from Eataly nearby me brewed only 10 days ago. Poured into my nucleated Teku glass.
Look: This fully-hazed golden yellow brew is crowned with a sticky, fluffy, and billowing snow-white head of seafoam. The head lingers and jiggles throughout the entire beer helping to carry and emit the incredible aroma.
Smell: Satsuma orange, yellow mango, pineapple, pungent papaya, light sherbert, slight pine, and mild lime jump from the glass. Amazingly aromatic and also slightly floral with undertones of caramel, biscuit dough, graham cracker, and honeysuckle.
Taste: The taste fills the senses and follows the nose with Satsuma orange, yellow mango, pineapple, pungent papaya, light sherbert, slight pine, and hints of lime. Very aromatic and also slightly floral. The lingering bitterness has a grapefruit pith nature to it and does well to balance the caramel and honeysuckle malt profile.
Mouthfeel: This is where this beer's uniqueness and quality really shines! The fluffy lingering white head immediately envelopes your nose and upper lip like an impeccably soft cloud. As soon as the liquid-gold beer slides past the head and your lips it immediately caresses your palate carrying with it the complex and satisfying array of tropical fruit character. It is full-bodied and silky smooth thanks to the unfiltered qualities.
Overall: THIS is a how you do a hazy IPA!!! The incredibly smooth body, ample bitterness, and gratuitous tropical character all combined to an absolutely world-class and perfectly executed Hazy IPA!! I can't wait to try other superb offerings from this brewery, especially seeing as they wield the power of these Danish yeast strains.

The most surprising aspect of this beer is how simultaneously creamy and easy to drink it is. It feels like it should exhaust your mouth, but you just want three more.
