The colour is gold, the liquid hazy. The high head is off-white and firm.
Notes of American hops in the clean smell. Some citric fruits, some caramel/toffee.
The taste is first overly bitter. Then, notes of citric peels and cookies makes it more balanced. Some lemon juice. Medium body. The aftertaste got some more bitter flavours and citric peels (lime and lemon), toffee and French loaf. The finish is harsh with lemon flavours.
The carbonation is medium strong, the small bubbles long-lived. The liquid is mid-smooth.
A rather light APA with a bit too much bitter flavours. It reminds very much of the Mikkeller K:rlek series.
