Heavy pour into large mouth cognac glass yields an inch of buff white loose foam head atop a deep, opaque mahogany. Decent retention
upfront aroma and flavors of sour black, blue raspberries, in between citrus yeast and oak tannin flavors, followed by some pepper and spice.
good carbonation, tangy, somewhat soft and a nice bitter end. Drying and refreshing
One of the better I've had in this series, well-balanced and not too sour

Poured to a BrewDog snifter.
A: Body is red coloured, with a crystalline touch and has a small, white, non-sticking head that vanishes very quickly.
S: The aroma is very strong of acidic tones, having the blackberry just in the back. But as a whole, this is very pleasing. Horse blanket, blue cheese and then a big blackberry profile in the back providing support is great.
T: Taste starts off with a citric tone of lemon zest, moving directly to a more sour tone that finishes with a crisp hearthy tone.
M: Body is light. Carbonation is low. Sourness is mild. Sweetness is low. Alcohol is unnoticed.
O: It's one legit SpontanSeries, probably being one of my favourite.

A 375ml bottle with a best before date of 10th August 2027. Poured into a 3 Fonteinen stemmed glass.
Appearance: A lightly hazy reddish purple colour with a two finger pinkish head that dissipated quickly but left only sparse lacing.
Aroma: Blackberry, tart, vinous, funk and oak.
Taste: Funky, sour, tart, vinous and lemon with only a touch of berries.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with moderate to low carbonation.
Overall: Nice blackberry aromas which didn’t quite come through as much in the taste as I would have preferred, as the funk and sour lemon were a little overpowering.
