I had the "Weasel" for awhile and finally opened it tonight.Poured into a imperial nonic a jet black with not a trace of light showing thru,a mocha colored pillowey two finger head atop.an awesome mix of deep coffee roast and bitter chocolate in the nose,a hint of vanilla and roasted nut as well, just a great mix.Rich flavors and obviously highly roasted, bittersweet chocolate and French roast coffee dominate with a tinge of dar fruit and vanilla,a slightly earthy earthy finish rounds the beer out very well.Everything I thought it would be,just a great double stout from a killer brewery.

A: Thick, jet black liquid. One fingered brownish airy head that dissipates quickly. Basically no lacings.
S: Strong coffee aromas mostly resembling hard-roasted coffee beans, but also powerful espresso. Plenty of dark chocolate. Roasted, almost burnt malts. Some charred wood and tannins. A very dense and powerful smell.
T: The taste is full of rich espresso flavors. A wonderful taste of freshly brewed coffee and freshly grounded coffee beans. Notes of dark chocolate tries to balance the powerful coffee flavors, but don't really succeed. A faint but prominent taste of vanilla. Hard-roasted malts mix with wood and coal. Perhaps some fruity notes, but they are very faint. The finish is quite bitter actually with hints of tannins, hop aromas, some vanilla sugar and lingering coffee notes.
M: Very full bodied and very viscous - like old engine oil. Very restrained carbonation. Feels fantastic in the mouth.
D: A great coffee stout. Not very balanced though, as the powerful coffee flavors dominate. Still fairly complex. Highly recommended.

A- Inky black with a frothy medium-brown head.
S- Rich burnt coffee beans, light vanilla and chocolate, ash, and a whiff of alcohol and hops.
T- Amazing coffee flavors, smoke, chocolate and cookie, noticable hoppy finish adding depth.
M- Full bodied with soft, creamy carbonation with a slightly astringent feel in the finish.
D- This(with a few others) takes coffee(beer) to new levels. More integrated than geek breakfast.

A: A thin head but a thick beer, completely black pour.
S: A very strong coffee aroma laced with oatmeal, a very thick smell that completely fills the nostrils.
T: A solid imperial stout, very front heavy with the coffee with an oatmeal and chocolate afterthought.
MF/D: Thick feel, smooth on the palate, would try again, though certainly not my favorite imperial stout. perfect for sharing (thanks hu5om) from the pint bottle.

Deep dark black pour with a 1/2" of creamy tan head that quickly falls. Spotty lacing. Aromas of robust dark malts along with some smokiness. Oatmeal is there along with big coffee and some chocolate as well. The aroma is somewhat earthy.
First sip brings sweet rich dark malts upfront with oatmeal smoothness in tow. Acrid coffee moves in with earthy undertones. Chocolate flavors are present. Flows down with a kick of alcohol heat and lingering roasted coffee flavors. Somewhat smoky as well. Never thought I'd be drinking a coffee beer made from civet cat droppings, but it's pretty darn tasty!
Mouthfeel is smooth and creamy with mellow carbonation. Oats add nice body and makes it go down smooth. It does have a bit of an ABV kick to it. Glad I got to try it, but it's a little bit too expensive for a repeat purchase.
