Notes:
Pale Ale with Azacca and Citra hops. Aroma is filled with citrus and tropical notes. Flavor is filled with spicy notes from the rye malt and Azacca hops rounded off with hints of lemon, pineapple and tangerine.

The colour is pale yellow, the liquid is clear. The two-finger head is with and compact.
The smell is sweet and fruity. Citric peels, pears, grapefruits and some green apples.
The taste is first very bitter. The clean bitterness fades leaving room for sweet fruity notes of pear, tangerine, green apples and a touch of mango. Medium to low body. The aftertaste is clean and sweet with some tart bitterness, pear candy and a hint of alcohol. The finish is short, sweet and clean.
The carbonation is strong with lots of mid-sized bubbles. The liquid is smooth.
If this is the state of APA in autumn/winter 2020, I am surprised: Clear, bitter and clean. Like a NEIPA, but… backwards?
