Poured from a bottle into a Duvel tulip
A- pours a dark, murky, pond water looking shade of orangeish brown with a one finger, very frothy offwhite head. Very nice head, but the beer itself looks disgusting, so I'm splitting the difference
S- it's an interesting aroma, partly of citrus and partly of grass....I like it, but I can't get as much of it as I want due to the size of my glass. That one is on me, so I won't penalize the beer
T- nice citrus flavor to it, with a little bit of bitterness to it. I like it, it's different.
M- medium bodied. It's fine
O- this is better than most of the other single hop I've had from Mikkeller. It's actually got some complexity going on. Well done.

Pours a nice orange with a dense, tall head that fades to a thin ring. Soft aromas of citrus on the nose, followed by a taste of tangerine and pineapple and a finish of citrusy bitterness, even perhaps a touch of kumquats. Very smooth and drinkable.

Hazy copper body with a half inch of tan head. Malty aroma with grassy, earthy hops. Dank earth, pine, rain water. If you brew an IPA, please put a date on the bottle.

All of the single hop offerings by Mikkeller have the same basic look, feel and flavor profile, with only slight variations in tone and taste. Like this one, pours a somewhat dark and cloudy amber shade with moderate head. For a modest ABV (just under 7), the smell is surprisingly boozy. Not a bitter hop bomb; sweetness and malt backbone are very evident. As I said, hard to distinguish among the beers in this series. All solid and a nice IPA alternative to the citrusy or bitter West Coast offerings. (8.0)

Poured from an 11.2 fl oz. bottle into a pint glass. Aroma- Smells of hops and caramelized malt. Appearance- The beer pours a dark orange color with a tan head with a lot of sediment floating in it. Taste- Hops and some malt, this turns into a slightly sweet finish. Palate- This is a medium bodied brew with light carbonation. It is a creamy feeling texture to it. Overall- An OK beer, it wasn’t floored by it. I didn’t really care for the texture.
