a: dark, hazy burnt orange. real nice looking 3 finger thick head
s: funky and tart. the funk is that band aid-like brett smell. there is a slightly citrusy tang. a mixture of orange, grapefruit, and sweet lemon. faint hint of caramel malt in here as well
t: a little bit of a let down from the nose. flat, brett flavor. sweet malt, band aid funk followed by tea leaf bitterness. this finishes with the sweet citrus, mostly apricot. apple cider vinegar. slight bubblegum and wheat?
m: medium mouthfeel, with a good amount of carbonation
o: tasty, but average. i really enjoy the mix of tart/funk/apricot. works well. however, it doesn't just pop out as outstanding. that being said, it is a nice beer. its refreshing and savory, but not necessarily a sipper

A classic Bret beer that's simultaneously disgusting and irresistible. Tastes and smells like a foot with a fungal infection but has a great aftertaste.

Pours a medium copper color with a white soapy head and plenty of lacing. Aroma is bright and hoppy with a light white wine smell. In the taste, hoppy but with a firm tartness and more white wine elements. A fair amount of dry oak rounds it out. This is stronger in yeast driven tartness than the Bruxellinus version of this series. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation and dry. Nice funky ale. Hey baby, take a walk on the wild side.
