Pour at Mikkeller and Friends in Norrebro, Copenhagen.

A: Copper and orange with a thin, white head.

S: A medium brett, earthy funk with a side of orange zest.

T: The Brett shines through with a farm-like, light sourness. The hints of citrus balance this beer out very nicely and make it highly drinkable.

M: Bright carbonation comes alive making the beer almost pop.

O: A great use of this awesome yeast. Really showcases the yeast in a delicious, balanced ale. Would definitely order this again amongst a list of other beers I love.

Pours a golden orange hue with a fluffy two finger head and lacing everywhere, the smell is caramel malts,Brett, barnhouse funk and rockmelon, the mouthfeel is light bodied and could be thicker with tastes of rockmelon, funky funk,Brett, lychee which is all supported by a nice toffee backbone and finished with a soft tartness and overall it's quite the quaffer but nothing out of this world cheers.

a: dark, hazy burnt orange. real nice looking 3 finger thick head

s: funky and tart. the funk is that band aid-like brett smell. there is a slightly citrusy tang. a mixture of orange, grapefruit, and sweet lemon. faint hint of caramel malt in here as well

t: a little bit of a let down from the nose. flat, brett flavor. sweet malt, band aid funk followed by tea leaf bitterness. this finishes with the sweet citrus, mostly apricot. apple cider vinegar. slight bubblegum and wheat?

m: medium mouthfeel, with a good amount of carbonation

o: tasty, but average. i really enjoy the mix of tart/funk/apricot. works well. however, it doesn't just pop out as outstanding. that being said, it is a nice beer. its refreshing and savory, but not necessarily a sipper

Pours dark amber with a thick head.
Nose shows fruity, floral and earthy brett notes. Watermelon, honeydew, peach. Pretty nice.
Not much of the fruit transfers through as a flavour, its more about the earthy brett notes with sweet malt behind before a dry finish.
Could use some more carbonation.
