This ABA pours a completely translucent gold color with some brighter gold highlights. The pure, snow white head is effervescent, holds well and leaves some good lace.

Good citrus, primarily lemon, and a bright graininess greats you initially in the nose. Somewhat spicy with a distinct pale malt character and some solid hops. Not pungent by any means but pleasant and appetizing.

Bright with lots of starchy, yeasty malt and sweet citrus. A hint of coriander and some sizable, floral hops. Mild but well balanced and tasty. Seems to be a trend with H&H brews. Very enjoyable.

Bright and thin in texture with a light body and moderate carbonation. Very refreshing and sessionable. I’m not sure of the abv but judging from my experience with H&H its most likely modest. Simple but complete and pleasurable.

This beer was decidedly....not bad. Nothing to write home about, but mildly hoppy enough to keep my interest. A pale blonde color with some maltiness, a fair amount of hops, and a few off-notes. I wouldn’t strongly recommend, but I don’t feel it is as bad as portrayed here.

Another lighter colored offering from Hereford & Hops that I was impressed with due to the fact that there was an actual hop profile. Appears a pale golden tone with a bright white head leaves behind light lacing as the head dwindles. Aroma presents citrus hop mix and light toasted grains subtle sweetness noted very satisfying to be able to detect a hop character from their domestic crossover brew. Flavor has a clean mix of citrus hops with low bitterness and light toasted mildly sweet grains that creates a refreshing combo of flavors, pretty nice for a flagship golden ale to say the least. Mouthfeel is light body carbonation is a bit spritzy that could be my only complain but flavor matters alot here. Drinkability is esay going and much better than typical blonde ale I've been around the brewpub scene enough to know that most brewpubs have this style of beer this is definitely one of the better I've tried.

Very light colour with lace and a bit of head. Fresh crisp and dry. Light mouthfeel. Hoppy golden and tasty malt profile. Popular, as I think this is what's offered as a macro brew repalcement.. Lager like but with hops. Average for the lineup, sampled in Pittsburgh.
