Poured a slightly cloudy golden amber color with a small head and moderate lacing. The aroma is citrusy and fresh. The taste is bitter and fruity. I do not detect the taste of hops at all. It has a rather unpleasant aftertaste. The bitterness lingers. Overall, a mediocre IPA.

Ok and balanced. Nothing terribly special about this one, but it's good enough to try again. The sweetness level is a bit up there on this over, and not quite but enough for me.

The appearance had a slight amber to yellow body with a thin white head that died after a good fifteen seconds. Some really light lacing was left. The smell had some piney hops up front with the typical earthy malts backing up a normal English IPA as it should be. The taste was basically the same adding a bit of biscuity fullness to the finish and adding a nice sweet aftertaste to it. The palate was about a medium with a dry feel on my tongue, and a nice sessionability to it. Overall, this is good for its style and for me.

Bottle from local grocery near Wilmington, Delaware. Poured into a pint glass for dinner with pizza. This IPA had a decent head after pouring and smelled slightly fruity. Taste was but bitter and pretty average. Fit the bill for dinner but nothing spectacular. This was my first beer from this brewery and I hope to try more.

Poured into a custom shaped pint glass: color is copper, a little hazy, head is brighter white.
Smell is bready/biscuit, toast, maybe a touch caramel, moderate hops with earthy character, lightly floral.
Taste is less bready, less malty, but moderate presence and stronger hop bitterness - floral, earthy, drying.
Mouthfeel is crisp, carbonated, drying and sharp on the tongue.
Overall a moderately malty and sharply bitter ipa, the crisp mouthfeel seems a little overcarbonated and a bit dry.
