Reviewed from notes taken at Pizza Port, Ocean Beach.

A- Poured from a tap into a tulip with a medium amber body. Creamy white head to around a finger with decent retention falling to a small ring at the edges of the glass. This puffy ring leaves spotty lace blots.

S- Pure soured lactic red fruits somewhere between Kriek and Framboise realm, not as intense and juicy but those fruits come to mind from Brett. Slight acetic acid hints with warmth.

T- Not much more comes out here compared with the aroma but still a sour fruity bomb. Notes of cherry, sour red fruits, lemon juice, vinous grape jam, barnyard funk (tiny amount) and lactic acid. Somewhat like a Flanders Red.

MF- Dried out and light bodied with moderate carbonation. Foamy texture but a bit on the watery side. Good tartness coats the palate in the finish.

Ends up being sort of like a Flanders Red once it gets warm with a mix of lactic, acetic and red fruit flavors mostly. Good use of Brett and drinks easily.
