Serving type: 16 oz can into a pint glass

Pours a clear golden yellow color with billowy eggshell bubbles. Smells of pine dankness, heavy citrus, and heavy floral hops. Taste reflects the smell. Initial citrus bitterness, floral hoppy dankness, finishing with a pleasant citrus bitterness. Feel is light and amply carbonated which fits the flavor profile. Overall this is very good beer with great flavors that make this easy to drink. A perfect go-to beer, especially with the 6 x 16 oz format.

Serving Type: Can (Dated 12.16.15)
Consumed: 1.20.16

A: 4.5 Pours an orange-gold with a dense, nearly white head. Very lacy with good head retention.

S: 4 Aromas are very nice but a bit muted with some tropical elements and pine coming through from the hops. A good amount of mango, lemon, pineapple, and some malt.

T: 4.25 Flavors are similar to the nose but more assertive. Starts off slightly sweet with a very nice hop and malt balance. Pineapple and guava come through followed by more pine and dank than the nose suggested. Very pleasant bitterness on the finish.

M: 4.5 Substantial and creamy body with great carbonation and a slightly dry finish. Very drinkable.

O: 4.25 Been wanting to try this for a long time and it did not disappoint. Not a crazy or game-changing IPA by any means, but a solid beer that’s very satisfying.
