Forged in the bowels of the Meadville bayou, this IPA ushers your soul down a twisted journey on the 7C's. This Voodoo brew will insight your dark side and open a portal to your hoppier senses. The 7C's alchemic concoction of 7 different hop varieties starting with the letter "C" conjures your taste buds into a piney-citrus paradise fit for a Hoodoo doctor.

There's plenty of stark white foam to be observed as the attempt to empty a pint can into a clear Imperial pint glass in one pour fails. The foam quickly recedes in an unattractive way, so eventually all fits. Beneath the foam lies a very pale brew, much more Pilsner looking than an IPA. In fairness, it is a little cloudy. This is almost as light in aroma as it is in color. To smell, there's a little citrus or pine hoppiness, but not much more. That's the same with the taste. There's very little counterbalance to this dryly bitter AIPA, with hopping reminiscent of citrus and pine. It's not overly bitter, but the lack of any other characteristics hurts its overall. It's drinkable, but not recommendable.

7/4/22 On tap at State College location with Mom!
Very similar to Good Vibes. More fruity, less resin. Less harsh. This is closer to a session beer, but not a session beer.

Poured from a 16 ounce glass showing a somewhat translucent light amber with a 2 finger white head that dissipated quite quickly. Moderate lacing. Aroma of grapefruit and orange peel. Initial taste of malt followed by herbs, grass, and grapefruit peel. Hop bitterness is moderate. As you drink this beer it begins to show a balance tilted toward the hops of course and becomes smooth. Moderate carbonation and body.
I found this to be a very smooth drinking beer, with the alcohol well disguised.
A good IPA, not as full tasting as a traditional West Coast IPA, but still a fine tasting one, that I would drink again and recommend.

Thanks to Ozzylizard for this one, from his box during NBS BIF #14. 16oz can (best by date of 12/7/21) poured into 14oz teku. poured a very cloudy, almost murky, medium orange color with an inch of white head that had moderate retention and light lacing.
The aroma was mostly frooty hops, with some hop bite, and just a bit of malt base.
Pretty similar on the tongue, but there was a bit more bitterness, especially at the back end.
The body was medium, mildly coarse, and had a semi-dry finish.
Drinkability was good, a nice quaff.
Overall, a pretty solid brew. Worth grabbing if you see it.

Years ago, I felt this brew was a good bit off style. However, it seems to have been dialed in, and presumably long ago, considering its longevity, so I've deleted my previous review entirely.
Yes, there's a slight touch of sweet, round breadiness that maybe contains a hint of buttery malt, but it's an otherwise assertively bitter, piney and grapefruit resin-forward IPA that's slightly woody yet lightly toasty. It also becomes mildly dank with hints of cannabis after subsequent sips.
The frothy medium body comes to a chewy dry finish, but starts off soft up front due to its dense white head curled thick at the collar, leaving some wobbly lace above a shimmering gold body.

My bestie and I got a 4pck of this beer from the Erie,PA location. It poured a clear golden with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had bitter citrus and hints of pine. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bright bitter citrus and pine resin flare. The mouthfeel was medium in body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a solid beer.
