Massive ridiculous foam atop a mostly opaque apricot body.

I get really dank cannabis and red onion on the nose with a hint of lemon rind.

Thin and crisp, flavor starts weird with funky plastic, followed by dank pot and grapefruit, orange and pine.

Hazy orange in color topped with a fingers worth of fluffy white head. Aroma is citrusy and slightly tropical with a spicy note from the rye. I've always liked this one, but it's even better now that it's hazy. Nice mouthfeel too. Glad they decided to can their IPAs!

16oz pounder can poured into a Brew Gentlemen tulip glass:

Look: Pours a nice golden color with a slight haze. Head is about an inch with nice lacing present and this lacing is retained thoughout consumption.

Smell: Big notes of wet grass along with some pine and citrus!

Taste: Slight pepperiness from the rye and wet grass notes present. Lots of IPA characteristics present as well such as pine, citrus, and tropical fruits. Small amount of bread notes present on the finish.

Feel: Medium bodied!

Overall: Not a big fan of Rye beers but this one is fantastic! Glad I picked up a 4 pack of these cans when released! I will revisit this one definitely if they do another canning run of this beer!

Pours a light orange color with a chill haze but good clarity otherwise.

Aroma of spicy rye, heaps of citrusy hops, and some other tropical notes.

Tasty brew with enough citrusy hop flavor to almost mask the rye spice, but its there. Citrus, mango, papaya and pink peppercorn. The twang of rye pairs well with the hops used here.

The mouthfeel is full bodied, smooth, with lingering tropical hop and rye spices in the finish.

Overall it's a very solid IPA. Sort of has a west coast meets east coast thing going for it. Worth revisiting for sure.
