L-Pours a nice looking golden blonde beer with a solid finger worth of a head. Nice carbonation.
S-Peach, and apricot are there upfront, but this is also followed by an artificial medicinal aroma. Hints of vanilla, caramel, coconut and fruit punch. Juicy fruit. Hubba bubba. Pineapple. Sunscreen... Some cereal grain is there at the end.
T-Bitter bite up front, peach and apricot follows, some malty sweetness as well as that medicinal punch. Some vanilla and pineapple/piña coloada. Watered down a tad compared to that punchy aroma.
F-Medium bodied, slight carbonation. Lively enough to not be stagnant, but a little watery.
O-Not my thing at all. Although this beer is certainly brewed with apricots, absolutely original, and is definitely a summer beer... It just isn't my thing at all. Curiosity certainly got the cat here, in my opinion. To put it bluntly, this beer reminds me of a hangover on the second day of a beach trip after a late, salty beach night of being over served on piña coladas, light beer, and apricot brandy. You're sunburned from the day before and the stench of yesterdays sunscreen is dissipating from your sun burned skin.

Poured from a can into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a clear golden-peach color with a small head of white foam. The head has a light level of retention, fading rather fast and leaving a touch of lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is very heavy of a peach and apricot smell mixed with some aromas of cracker malt and caramel. Along with these smells comes a little bit of a grainy smell as well as a touch of white pepper.
Taste – The taste begins with a crisp cracker malt base mixed with a big showing of peach and apricot. The peach and apricot are moderately sweet upfront, with both drying out a touch as the taste advances forward. At the same time there are some flavors of peach pit and honey, along with a touch of earthiness and some spice of a coriander nature. A light grass and herb, as well as some pepper come at the very end, leaving one with a peach heavy, but crisp and easy natured taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is light and crisp with a carbonation level that is slightly higher. For the flavors and the style the feel is quite well done, making for a nice easy sipping brew.
Overall – A rather nice peach ale that is not overly sweet, but instead rather balanced.

Clear but lightly foggy amber with a thick off-white head settling to a sparsely bubbly khaki collar leaving spongy lacing all over.

Taste up front is artificial and odd, like PEZ. But then it becomes Peach Ringy too, albeit a bit lighter in flavor, suppressed by a bitter metallic finish. It's kind of got a My Little Pony Scratch 'n Sniff strawberry character to it too.

The body is light--almost watery but for an airy expanding carbonation--finishing fairly dry.

Poured from a tallboy can into a Dogfish Head tulip

L: Nearly clear golden amber pour with 2 fingers of fluffy white head. Modest lacing.

S: Sweet apricot and fruit... smells delicious. Jammy.

T.F: Crackery grains and toasted malts up front... some sweetness and apricot. Fairly 1-dimesional... smooth.. moderate carbonation. Apricot and stone-fruit on the aftertaste.

O: A reasonable summertime brew... fruity and easy drinking. Nothing to write home about, but not shabby either.

Muddled orange, pours a little flat. Aroma has tons of sticky apricot sweetness - perhaps a little too much, but certainly gives a summer time vibe. Taste is a bit more restrained on the apricot, it works better as a supporting note, but the blonde foundation is kinda washed-out & bland. It ends up almost tasting like an apricot-infused water.

Not sure why this beer is retired just picked up a mixed four pack and this was one of them poured into a pint glass. Looks great a kind of hazy orange color with a ton of carbonation bubbles resulting in an inch plus of foam. Smell is much more subtle than I expected with some mild apricots and some sugary sweetness this could be an old can. Taste is fairly smooth mild fruit notes again with some bitterness and sweet grains. Body is quite smooth light to medium and easy to crush.

Overall a pretty tasty summer brew that still impresses drinking in the fall.
Really hope to have it again since it may have more pronounced fruit flavors.

Review from last month, thanks Tommyguz for the growler hookup and delivery. The brew appears a clear golden with a white cap.

The smell is pleasantly fruity like apricot puree and mild cereal grain essence lies underneath.

The taste is sweet and grainy like the previously mentioned wheat or cereal graininess than apricot sweetness and a slight herbal bitterness to the finish.

This is light in body with modest carbonation. I ended up liking this more than I thought I would - likely because it still has a beer feel to it with adequate fruit addition.

Tried on tap in a small tasting glass served with a flight. This beer is: Straight. Up. Apricot. It pours a clear straw color. The nose is fruity apricot, and the palate is much the same - like drinking apricot puree with a malty, almost lagery backend. This over malty finish detracts from the beer in some respects, and while the medium body suits the overall beer well, thee base beer isn't interesting enough to make this a beer worth returning to. The apricot is extremely prominent, and while it's a great addition, the base beer is underwhelming enough that there's nothing for this unique additive to stand on. A thoroughly "meh" beer.
