Pours a relatively bright but lightly hazed orange gold color, frothy cap of little white bubbles. Scent is of dried grains, a touch musty and earthy, quite strong notes of citrus. Flavor is quite powerful for the style, the citrus notes dominate with a freshly dried grain quality comming through, earthy and musty on the back end with notes of alcohol. Medium bodied, oily, carries on the palate. A bold farmhouse ale that packs quite a flavorful and boozy punch.

A- Bitchin Camaro came to me looking a bit darker than your average saison, the color is a not so bright orange with some glimmers of bronze within. A nice inch of dense bright white foam with weak legs.

S- smell is fairly malty and very fruity. i get a whole lot of fruit with a big malty background. Yeast as well but kinda muted per the style. When it comes down to it, this smells like a lot of biere De garde's I have had.

T- and from the scent, when this hit my lips, the biere de garde came out, it's very apparent. Apple and pear slices with some guava taste and a malty background with a hit of alcohol. Most Gardes i've had display a hit of alc, so this aint all that new. I really dig this although I don't view it as a saison.

M,O- The feel is much bigger than the style would suggest. it stays at about medium and it's rich and you know it's there. it's carbed up just fine with some spritz pops when it enters. Overall this is mad off style, but it is mad good. Many people said they did not care for it, what the hell are they smoking?
