Light straw with bright yellow hues. Bright white head of one finger depth that quickly dissipates. Fine lacing on the glass.

Bright notes of corn silk, coriander, orange zest, lemon zest, hay all stand out against a light malt background.

On the palate, citrus, dried hay and resin with some lemon marmalade.

Medium- body and a slightly watery feel. Firm carbonation get everything bright without becoming spritzy. A fairly short clean finish shows a touch of alcohol.

It's a nice bottle, but I would have liked a little more from the mouthfeel in substance.

look: one finger bubbly white head with good retention, beer is a rich hazy amber colour with lots of carbonation running through the beer, little bit of lacing on the side of the glass.

smell: smells good, lot of malt aroma, sourdough bread, lemon, leather, oak, herbal and floral, jasmine, sweet caramel, smells light but good.

taste: tastes pleasant enough, not a whole heap going on mind you, quite sweet, lemon, caramel, banana, spice, clove, sourdough bread malt, earthy, leathery saison character but not much, moderate bitterness on the finish, definitely nice just super light.

feel: light bodied, highly carbonated, carbonation pushes the beer around the inside of the mouth, refreshing, crisp, hint of alcohol warming

overall: complex but too light to really explore the nuances of flavours, it is pretty tasty tho, definitely a beer for a hot summers day, not a cold stormy winters night.

APP -hazy gold, very low white head

AROMA - sweet candy, spicy phenol, some fruitiness, pepper, clove, jasmine, earthy notes, smells more like tripel than saison

FLAVOR - grainy, dry, citrus, pepper, high clove phenol- a little band-aid in aftertaste, chamomile notes, tangerine, fresh hay, juicyfruit gum, cucumber, banana comes out with warmth, phenols really linger on palate.

MF - Medium-light, bracing, astringent

OVERALL - complex but messy, love saison but this isn't a favorite

Pours a hazy golden color with a medium top that dissolves quickly.
Aroma is of yeast, apples, lemons, peaches, peppercorns, light malts and floral and herbal hops.
The taste is dry with fruity and spicy notes, and a good amount of bitterness and floral notes. The aftertaste is a little weak, but else is quite a refreshing saison. Mouthfeel is crisp and smooth with a fizzy carbonation and a light body.
A good and refreshing saison by all means

Poured to an Urthel glass.

A: The body is coppery to brown with a white head showing little retention but good lacing.
S: The aroma hás some sweetness incoming from not sure where and a big malty profile followed closely by a belgian yeast.
T: Incredibly, the taste is a bit empty, having just a just slight prominence of malts.
M: Body is medium, carbonation is medium low. Alcohol is unnoticed. No bitterness, nor big sweetness.
O: First Urthel but it's just a big empty beer.

Hazy and with a great head worthy of a Belgian saison. Absolutely lovely lacing. Lots of unripe apricots, apple rind and peaches. Hardly any yeast notes, which caught me by surprise.

330ml bottle poured into an oversized wine glass.

Hazy gold amber color with thick white frothy head with decent retention, it sinks to everlasting bubble sheet on the surface along with lots of sticky lacing patch on the glass-side.

Chalky yeast, some funk, a little bit spice, honey, floral, loads of fruity ester reminds me of peach, lemon, apple, and some earthy as well.

Kick off with some tartness and a bit spice that nicely mingles with biscuit malt sweetness, then it is fruitiness affair with the same kind of fruity ester pronounced in the aroma. There is some funkiness too as well as some earthy and grassy notes.

Light to medium body with smooth mouthfeel through the palate from its lively carbonation, the feeling is crisp with dry finish. There is some character that is reminiscent of Witbier, very tasty and good Saison offering from Urthel.
