No dating on the bottle.
Pours a clear gold with plenty of foam, some lacing.
Smells of wheat, slight bitterness, even less sweetness that can be construed as honey.
Wheat is in the taste, sugary possibly honey sweetness, mild non descript bitterness. Some noticeable alcohol.
Medium body with lightish carbonation.
More sips in and it gets grainy and sweeter. It's almost like I'm drinking a wheat malt liquor. Good thing it was cheap.

Cloudy orange colored beer with an immense off-white colored head.
Smells very herbal. Wheat malt and flowers with a powdery yeast aroma.
Starts out malty with a taste of pollen. Medium level of bitterness. Not picking up on the honey that much. Mostly I get yeast and hop from this one.
Mouthfeel is OK.
Overall just an OK beer.

500ml Bottle
Poured into a true pint glass a very nice cloudy golden yellow/orange color, nice carbonation, with a almost one-finger creamy off-white head, with some nice sticky lacing left behind. The nose is malty, with a nice wheat note, a nice touch of honey. The taste is malty, sweet, with a very nice wheat note. Medium body, with a nice slightly bitter/dry finish. Overall, a very nice thirst quencher. This is Roosters newest bottle brew, pretty nice.
